Pour sa collection Printemps Ete 2014, ILJA nous a accueilli dans un showroom épuré situé dans le Marais. Au premier rang des mannequins portent des pièces de la collection pour donner vie à ces dernières. Au deuxième rang, l'autre partie de la collection est exposée sur des bustes. Ilja Visser, créatrice néerlandaise, a lancé sa marque éponyme en 2009 après avoir fait ses armes chez Donna Karan et Maria Cornejo. La collection Printemps Ete 2014, appelée IKEBANA, fait référence à l'art de l'arrangement floral au Japon: les plantes sont agencées d'une certaine manière afin de créer un équilibre parfait et esthétique. Cette harmonie se traduit dans les vêtements par le jeu de géométrie, de structure et d'origami. Les tons gris, vert naturel, rose fushia et bleu viennent eux agrémenter cette collection graphique et moderne. Telle une plante, chaque pièce vient compléter un immense jardin que constitue la collection.
For its collection Spring Summer, 2014, ILJA welcomed us in an uncluttered showroom situated in the famous area, le Marais. In the front rank, models carry pieces of the collection to give life to the latter. In the second rank, the other part of the collection is exposed on busts. Ilja Visser, Dutch designer, launched her eponym brand in 2009 after gaining her creative skills while working for Donna Karan and Maria Cornejo. The collection Spring Summer, 2014, called IKEBANA, makes reference to the art of the floral arrangement in Japan: plants are ordered in a way to create a perfect and esthetic balance. This harmony is translated in clothes by the play of geometry, structure and origami. The grey tones, the natural, pink green fushia and blue come to decorate this graphic and modern collection. Like a plant, each piece comes to complete an immense garden which establishes the collection.
